Rick Woods

Rick Woods is an accomplished telecommunications professional with extensive experience in project management and network implementation. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Cingular since May 2002, Rick has successfully executed wireless network projects in the Caribbean, notably on Antigua, Barbados, and Dominica, while leading ongoing developments in Anguilla and St Kitts/Nevis. Previous roles include Owner of Woods Telecommunications Construction, where 10 collocation sites were designed and built, Market Manager for Lucent Technologies managing a significant cell site augmentation for AT&T Wireless, and Director of Site Development for Sierra Towers de Mexico overseeing the development of over 500 communications sites annually. With a solid foundation built from roles as Executive Vice President at Telecommunications Group and a Consulting Director at Tera Resources Corp., Rick has demonstrated expertise in telecommunications project management across diverse international markets since the 1980s.
