Ricardo Serro

Ricardo Serro is an experienced finance and IT leader with a robust background in technology and financial management. Currently, as Head of Finance at Cingulo since 2017, Ricardo oversees a team responsible for financial forecasts, budgeting, and presentations for the Board of Directors and investors. Previously, Ricardo served as Head of IT at Cingulo, where the team achieved recognition as the Best App of Brazil by Google Play in 2019. As the Founder of Elabori from 2012 to 2018, Ricardo developed solutions for various clients, including initial work with Cingulo. Earlier roles include internships at PUCRS, where a new application for managing postgraduate grades was developed, and at Dell, providing Oracle Applications Support. Ricardo holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and a specialization in Accounting and Finance from Unisinos.
