Ali Aleyasin

Ali Aleyasin, PhD, is a Senior Imaging Researcher at Barco Cinema, where they focus on advancing the field of computer vision and scientific computing. Previously, Ali held postdoctoral researcher positions at the Institute for Research in Fundamental Sciences, the University of Waterloo, and Université du Québec à Montréal. They also taught as an instructor at Wilfrid Laurier University and worked as a teaching assistant at SUNY. Ali is currently pursuing dual Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology, alongside a PhD in Mathematics from Stony Brook University.
