Beth Baar

Beth Baar has extensive experience in real estate development, currently serving as Construction and Lease-up Manager at Cinnaire since September 2018, where responsibilities include managing a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) development team. Previously, Beth held the position of Construction and Lease-up Asset Manager, overseeing housing developments from construction through stabilization. From July 1997 to August 2018, Beth was the Director of Real Estate Services at CAP Services Inc. Beth obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Leadership from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh between August 2010 and January 2014.
