Dave Helm, CPM, currently serves as the REO Portfolio Manager at Cinnaire, overseeing properties for which Cinnaire and its affiliates are the general partners since June 2018. Helm has also held the position of Asset Manager at Cinnaire since July 2014, contributing to community economic development initiatives through financial partnerships. Prior experience includes serving as President of Dayspring Real Estate Services from January 1995 to July 2014, where Helm managed and developed multiple real estate projects. As Principal at Prestwick Development, LLC from January 2001 to February 2011, Helm developed a significant residential community in Avon, Indiana. Additional roles include Vice President at Browning Management Inc and Director of Real Estate Management at Browning Management, where Helm oversaw substantial property management operations. Helm's career in real estate began in the 1980s, with roles as Property Manager at Browning Investments and Sycamore Group, as well as a Rehab Specialist at IDNR. Helm holds a B.A. in Psychology from Ottawa University, earned between 1969 and 1973.
