Josh White is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in asset management and development. Currently serving as a Development Asset Manager at Cinnaire since August 2012, Josh leads complex workouts to stabilize distressed assets across a portfolio of 50 low-income housing tax credit properties, involving significant debt restructuring and compliance resolutions. Previous roles include Asset Manager at McKinley, where Josh managed a $192 million portfolio, and various positions at RESSCO, including Director of Business Development, where Josh significantly improved asset performance and created a network for acquiring distressed commercial assets. With a strong background in property management initiated at JP Meyer Investments, along with foundational sales experience at Philip Morris USA, Josh holds an MBA from Northwood University and a Bachelor of Business Administration.
