Cinnamongirl Inc. has been igniting the potential of girls of color since 2003. We envision a world where these girls have limitless opportunities and become the visionary leaders our communities need. Our unique mentorship programs serve middle and high school girls, fostering sisterhood, college pathways, and a global mindset. Through cohort-based experiences, girls gain leadership skills, travel internationally, build financial literacy, and receive personalized support to achieve their most ambitious goals.

"Cinnamongirl showed me I can be anything. Now, I'm not afraid to take charge of my own future." - Maya, Cinnamongirl Alumna. Research shows that girls who participate in mentorship programs are 2.5 times more likely to graduate from college. Cinnamongirl girls are living proof that with the right support, every girl can thrive.
