Rania Haddad

Customer Success Manager at Cinode

Rania Haddad has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. Rania began their career at Stadium as a Department Manager, Cashier Manager, and Visual Merchandiser. In 2016, they moved to SetSale as a Teamleader Customer Service, followed by an internship at Brand Experience Scandinavia as a Production Manager Internship in 2018. In 2019, they joined Telenor as an Event Coordinator B2B Intern and in 2020, they began working at Cinode as a Customer Success Training Specialist, Onboarding/Trainings/Retention. In this role, their main responsibilities are to work with onboardings, trainings, and retentions for customers, understand customer needs, profiles, business challenges, and ensure they get the best value from Cinode.

Rania Haddad has studied at two schools. From 2017 to 2019, they studied at TEC Travel Education Centre where they earned a degree in Project Manager with a focus on Meetings & Events. In 2008, they studied at Make Up Institute Stockholm and earned a Master Makeup artist & Hairstylist degree.
