Sanil Sivan

Sanil Sivan, Ph.D., is a Senior Researcher at CINOS, specializing in the development of materials and methods for semiconductor chamber parts coating and cleaning. With a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Science and Technology, Korea, and an M.Tech. in Industrial Catalysis, they possess extensive experience in various analytical methods and catalysts related to ammonia production and biomass conversion. Prior to their current role, Sanil worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Korea Research Institute of Chemical Technology, focusing on energy-saving heterogeneous nanocomposite catalysts. They have also contributed to research at the National Chemical Laboratory, developing heterogeneous catalysts for the conversion of hemicellulose.
