Alex Rains is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and architecture. Currently serving as Sr. Director at Cint since November 2021, Alex specializes in integrating legacy systems into a modern architecture to support demand teams across the Americas and Europe. Previously, Alex held various roles at Nordstrom, including Sr Engineering Manager, where significant contributions were made towards building an event-driven product platform and managing extensive integration efforts. Experience also includes leading software engineering initiatives at Onvia and pioneering web applications at Project Guides and the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The Evergreen State College and further studied at the University of Washington.
