Elissa Silverman

Elissa Silverman, a skilled Senior Employment Counsel, joined Cint in January 2022 and is the first employment attorney for the company. With a background in providing legal advice related to employment law compliance and HR best practices, Elissa collaborates with various teams and leadership to navigate the employment life cycle, investigations, discipline, and internal HR decision-making. Prior to their current role, Elissa served as an Employment Counsel at Lucid Holdings, Inc. before it was acquired by Cint. Elissa also has extensive experience as an HR Attorney and Team Lead at Zywave | Enquiron and as an Associate Counsel at Spherion. Their education includes a JD from the University of Miami School of Law and a BA in Sociology from the University of Maryland.
