Leire Gorricho

Leire Gorricho has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Leire is currently employed as the VP of People Partnering at Cint since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Global Director of People Operations at DocPlanner from May 2022 to May 2023. From July 2019 to May 2022, they served as the Global HR Director at Pulpo. Leire also held the position of HR Director at Just Eat Spain from May 2017 to July 2019. Before that, they worked at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd as a Learning & Development Expert/ HR Business Partner from August 2014 to April 2017. Leire started their career as an HR Generalist Consultant at Seeliger y Conde from June 2012 to July 2014. Additionally, Leire worked as a Business Consultant at Accenture from September 2008 to May 2012, focusing on customer segmentation, predictive modeling, price optimization, and online marketing. Leire began their professional journey with an internship at The Coca-Cola Company from September 2007 to February 2008.

Leire Gorricho has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Deusto, which they obtained from 2003 to 2008. Leire later pursued a Master's degree in Development of Managerial Skills from the same university, completing it from 2004 to 2008. In 2012, they attended the IE Business School for a program in Strategic HR Development, where they completed a Superior Program in HR Strategic Management.
