Rohit Tiwari has over nine years of experience in customer success and project management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Executive for Asia at Cint, a software company specializing in market research technology. Rohit began at Cint as an Associate Project Manager and progressed to roles including Project Manager and Customer Success Executive, focusing on account management, project budgeting, and coordination across multiple departments. Prior to Cint, Rohit worked as a Client Liaison Manager at Krea e-Knowledge Pvt. Ltd., handling client communications and project monitoring. Rohit holds an MBA from EILLM University, a degree in German Studies from Osmania University, and a diploma in Software Engineering from NIIT, along with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from CSJM University.
