Beth Turner

Beth Turner currently serves as an Advanced Leadership Partner at Cintas since June 2023. Prior to this role, Beth was a Store Director at Target, managing a $40M+ location with a team of over 200 members, and collaborated closely with executive leadership to address operational challenges. Beth also held the position of Executive Team Lead specializing in Specialty Sales at Eddie Bauer, where a strong focus on talent development led to the promotion of multiple management roles within two stores. Previous experience includes working as a Senior Allocation Analyst at TJX, analyzing sales trends and developing distribution strategies, and serving as an Assistant Manager at White House Black Market, excelling in customer service and sales production. Beth earned a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising and Design from Meredith College and a high school diploma focused on Musical Theatre and Choral Music from Chattanooga High School Center for Creative Arts.
