Caitlin Cox

Caitlin Cox has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the National Talent Acquisition Training Manager at Cintas since October 2018, where previous roles included Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager. Cintas is a leading Fortune 500 company headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, specializing in corporate identity uniform programs and various safety and promotional products for over one million customers. Prior to Cintas, Caitlin worked at L&W Engineering as a Human Resources Representative and at ADP as an Associate Services Representative. Earlier roles included a Human Resources Intern, Student Assistant at Bowling Green State University, and various positions in customer service and administration. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
