Calvin Backman

Calvin Backman currently serves as the Plant Manager at Cintas, overseeing operations for two shifts and a team of over 50 production partners since May 2023. Prior to this role, Calvin was the Head of Quality for Nephron Nitrile, where quality systems were established for two medical device startups and a successful audit was managed for a current medical device company from October 2022 to May 2023. Calvin also held multiple positions at Nephron Pharmaceuticals from January 2015 to October 2022, including Senior Quality Manager of Operations, QA Manager of Packaging Operations, and QA Packaging Trainer/Bootcamp Instructor. Calvin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University and an Associate's degree in Business Management from Midlands Technical College.
