Daniel Smith

Daniel Smith is a Labor Relations Counsel at Cintas Corporation, where they advise management on employment practices and negotiate collective bargaining agreements. Previously, they served as an Associate Attorney at Wood & Lamping, LLP, and represented employers in various labor law matters at Frost Brown Todd. Daniel began their legal career as a law clerk for Justice Ron Parraguirre at the Supreme Court of Nevada. They hold a Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Spanish from the University of Dayton.
