Gary Dicks

Gary Dicks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fire service and administration. Currently serving as a Production Supervisor at Cintas since January 2024, Gary has a strong background as an Administrator for the WINDY HILL VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY INC since February 2006, overseeing various administrative functions including cash management, budget development, and human resources. Previously, Gary held the position of Fire Captain with the City of Florence, South Carolina from December 2010 to January 2024, where responsibilities included employee supervision, training, and non-emergency response planning. Gary began as a Firefighter with the City of Georgetown from 2009 to November 2010, responding to emergency calls and conducting rescue operations. Gary holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Francis Marion University.
