Gregory E. Matesa

Gregory E. Matesa, MBOM, CPT, US Army, RET, is an accomplished leader in operations with extensive experience at Cintas since 2002, currently serving as Regional Director of Operations. Under Gregory's leadership, the organization achieved its highest profit and lowest business loss, overseeing a team of over 1,300 in the Mid-Atlantic region and driving multimillion-dollar recurring revenue. Prior roles include National Director of Facility Services, where Gregory managed P&L and expanded operations across North America, and Regional Business Director of Facility Services, recognized with an Outstanding Achievement award for growth and profit excellence. Early career experience includes positions such as General Manager and Production Manager, complemented by a foundation of leadership as a Multifunctional Logistics Officer in the U.S. Army. Gregory holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Sociology from Duquesne University and a Master's in Business Organizational Management from the University of La Verne.
