Jared Russo possesses a diverse background in management and operations across various industries. Russo held multiple roles at Target, including Executive Team Lead positions in inbound operations, general merchandise, logistics, service and engagement, and talent acquisition recruiter, as well as serving as a New Store Opening Executive and Executive Team Lead for remodel projects. Russo gained experience as an Operations Manager at Life Time Academy and worked as a Plant Manager and Service Manager at Cintas. Additionally, Russo contributed to sports as an Assistant Football Coach for the defensive line at Augsburg University. Prior to these roles, Russo managed restaurant and bar operations at Billy’s on Grand.
