Joel Sanchez

Joel Sanchez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and entertainment. Since January 2016, Joel has served as General Manager at Cintas, after holding the position of Service Manager / Advanced Management Partner. Prior to this role, Joel excelled as Cruise Director and Director of Entertainment at Norwegian Cruise Line, overseeing an entertainment department of 160 team members and collaborating with hotel operations. Joel's background also includes work as a Master of Ceremonies for multiple DJ entertainment companies, managing various events across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Earlier experience includes serving as an Account Manager and Recruiter at Aerotek, where Joel focused on developing new accounts and providing staffing solutions, and managing restaurant operations and catering services at Naunas Bella Casa.
