Kyle Pennington graduated from the University of Alabama in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, where they excelled as a student-athlete and won a National Championship in 2009 under Coach Saban. They began their career at Cintas in 2013 as a Management Trainee and have since held various roles, culminating in their current position as General Manager in Montgomery, AL. Throughout their tenure, Kyle has received accolades such as the FY25 Outstanding Achievement Award and the FY17 President’s Club recognition.
