Matthew O'Neil

Matthew O'Neil, MBA, has a diverse background in operations management and leadership within the food and service industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Cintas since April 2012, O'Neil's roles have included Regional Six Sigma Black Belt, Lead Service Manager, Production Manager, Service Manager, Office Manager, and Sales Service Representative. Prior to Cintas, O'Neil held the position of Area Director at Mita Enterprises DBA Pizza Hut NE from May 2009 to April 2012, overseeing operations for seven locations and managing hiring and training. O'Neil also owned and operated a Pizza and Italian food restaurant named Pizza Joe's from August 2007 to May 2009. Academically, O'Neil holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
