Michael Dalton has over a decade of experience in sales and coaching, currently serving as a Global Account Manager at Cintas since November 2012, where additional roles have included Market Sales Manager and Senior Sales Executive. Prior to his tenure at Cintas, Dalton worked at Butler University as a Recruiting Coordinator for the baseball team and was the Head Baseball Coach at Danville Area College. Dalton started in collegiate coaching as an Assistant Baseball Coach at Ball State University. Dalton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Huntington University, earned in 2008.
