Pat Kneip

Pat Kneip, PE, is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of international experience in environmental management and engineering. They have served as Director of Chemical & Environmental Engineering and have held significant leadership roles at companies such as Cintas, PSARA Technologies, and Hixson. Throughout their career, Pat has focused on compliance, remediation, wastewater treatment, and sustainability, while also developing corporate training programs and overseeing numerous environmental initiatives. They hold a B.S. in Bio-Environmental Engineering from Rutgers University and are actively involved as a disabilities advocate.
