Phil Hoover

Phil Hoover is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in both firefighting and management. Currently serving as a volunteer firefighter for Prince Township since September 2022, Phil has a strong background in the uniform rental industry through a long tenure at Cintas, where roles include General Manager and Service Manager focused on enhancing employee benefits and safety. Additionally, Phil has contributed as a volunteer firefighter for The Township of West Lincoln from March 2021 to July 2024. Previous experience includes serving as an Area Manager at Enterprise Holdings, overseeing daily operations and employee training, and working as a promotion and sales representative at Anheuser-Busch InBev. Phil holds an MBA in Marketing from Bond University and a BA in Marketing and Business Management from Mercyhurst University.
