Randy Galvin

Randy Galvin has over 28 years of leadership experience at Cintas and currently serves as General Manager, overseeing 150+ employees and managing $18 million in annual revenue with complete P&L responsibility. Randy has received the Outstanding Achievement Award five times, distinguishing themselves among the top 10% of national locations, and has earned the VPP Star Recognition from OSHA for excellence in safety and health programs. Previous roles at Cintas include Service Trainer Coordinator, Production Manager, and Service Manager, where they demonstrated accountability and success in operations, sales, and personnel development. Randy holds a BS and BA in Business and Human Resources from UNLV, which they completed in 1996.
