Shawn Jamal, P.Eng, PMP, CRL, currently serves as the Regional Reliability Leader for Eastern Canada at Cintas, focusing on reliability and process improvement across 13 locations. Previously, Shawn held positions as a Manufacturing Engineer at Oregon Tool, where responsibilities included process analysis and continuous improvement, and as Lead Mechanical Engineer at Honda of Canada Mfg., achieving substantial efficiency gains and cost reductions. Early experience includes working as a Grocery Clerk at Sobeys. Shawn earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ryerson University.
