Tim Rautmann

Tim Rautmann is a seasoned Corporate Engineering Director currently advocating for operational excellence and reliability at Cintas. Previously, Tim held several leadership roles including Plant Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, where they led teams in a fast-paced industrial environment while managing safety, budget, and production flow. Tim began their career as a Process Improvement Analyst Intern at Direct Supply and has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Production & Operation Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. With a strong focus on solutions and team development, Tim continues to drive improvement and efficiency within the company.
