Toby Atkinson

Toby Atkinson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and management, having held multiple roles at Cintas from October 2016 to April 2023, including National Director of Management Programs, Director of Diversity and Inclusion, and Human Resources Director. In these positions, Toby developed over 15 HR Business Partners across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. Additionally, involvement with the Women's Diversity Council from January 2010 to January 2014 as a member included speaking engagements and hosting panels focused on gender diversity. Prior experience at Target as an Executive Team Leader provided valuable insights into a fast-paced retail environment.
