Victor Ponce

Victor Ponce has extensive experience in various leadership and management roles across multiple industries. Beginning as a Client Relations Representative at American Towing Alliance from February 2007 to December 2009, Victor maintained customer accounts and supported sales efforts. This experience was followed by roles as Director of Career Services at Everest College and West Coast Ultrasound Institute, where responsibilities included overseeing Career Services operations and advising students on career planning. From October 2015 to April 2023 at Cintas Corporation, Victor excelled as Campus Talent Acquisition Manager, focusing on recruiting for the Scholar and Management Trainee programs, before advancing to Service Manager and currently Operations Manager at Cintas. With a foundational role as Jr. Vice President at T1 Mortgage from January 2004 to February 2007, Victor's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management and Supervision from Ashford University, completed in 2016. Currently, Victor serves as General Manager at Cintas First Aid and Safety since June 2024.
