Will Irby

Will Irby has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Will currently serves as the President of Cintel, Inc., where they provide leadership for the company's strategic growth and day-to-day operations. Prior to this role, they held the position of Executive Vice President at Cintel, Inc., focusing on business development and team growth.

In addition to their work at Cintel, Inc., Will also has experience as the Managing Partner at Ci Power Solutions, a company specializing in critical power generation services. Will'sresponsibilities in this role include generator rental, standby power generation design and installation, power supply and distribution, and generator maintenance and operations.

Before entering the private sector, Will worked as the Federal Business Development Manager at Southland Industries. During their time there, they successfully captured a $55 billion contract with the Department of Energy (DOE) and developed strategies for contracts with the Department of Defense (DoD) and utility partnerships.

Will's career began in the US Army Corps of Engineers, where they served as a Program Manager for the Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) Program. Will oversaw new task order growth and led a team responsible for managing ESPC project developments.

Prior to entering the energy industry, Will worked as an Assistant Director of Admissions at The University of Alabama in Huntsville.

Will obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, studying from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Construction Engineering Management at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 2012 to 2014. Will'sundergraduate studies were completed at The University of Alabama in Huntsville from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a BA degree in History & Political Science (Policy).

In addition to their formal education, Will Irby holds certifications in the field of energy management. Will is a Certified Demand Side Management Professional, certified by the Association of Energy Engineers.
