Darrin Johnson

Darrin Johnson has extensive experience in the field of recruiting and HR management. Darrin is currently the Director of Recruiting at Cinteot Inc. since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Pragmatics, Inc. as the Director of HR & Recruiting from August 2018 to May 2021. Before joining Pragmatics, Inc., Darrin was a Recruiting Management Consultant at BAE Systems, Inc. from June 2012 to August 2018. Darrin also held the position of AVP, Talent Acquisition & Staffing at Xerox Corporation from November 2007 to May 2012. Prior to Xerox, Darrin served as the Director of Recruiting at L-3 Communications from May 2004 to November 2007, and at Perot Systems Government Services from January 2001 to May 2004. Darrin worked as a Market Recruiting Manager at Randstad from March 1999 to January 2001, and as an Account Executive/Recruiter at Management Recruiters of Spokane, Inc. from June 1995 to February 1999. Darrin started their career at Northwestern Mutual Life as the Director of Manpower & Development from December 1991 to June 1995. Additionally, they were a member of the Board of Directors and served as the VP of Communications at WTPF - The Business Forum for HR Professionals from January 2009 to January 2010.

Darrin Johnson attended Spokane Falls Community College from 1988 to 1990, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Darrin then pursued higher education at Eastern Washington University from 1990 to 1992, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Economics & Finance. In 2001, Darrin attended George Mason University and received a Certificate in Human Resource Management.
