Andrea Patterson is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Cinterra since June 2025, Andrea oversees Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Inflation Reduction Act Compliance, Information Technology, and Payroll, while leading a cultural transformation initiative to enhance employee engagement. As Owner and Managing Director of AMP UP LLC, a consulting firm, Andrea collaborates with leaders to customize HR solutions aligned with business objectives. Previously, as Associate Vice President and Global Construction Human Resources Director at Black & Veatch from January 2009 to May 2024, Andrea partnered with executive leadership to drive company strategy.
