   - Investing, developing (direct or indirectly), financing, selling and leasing more than 39,000 residential lots, 10,800 housing units, and 245,000 m2 of commercial GLA.
   - Managing institutional capital and private funds for a total equity raised of US$1.35 billion and total invested capital of US$2.5 billion.
• Currently investing and developing assets of CINUK’s first and second investment funds with total equity committed by private investors for US$200 million (+US$450 million of total estimated investments).
