Susan Lee has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Susan began their career as a Medical Biller intern at Dr. Janda, M.D. in June 2009. Susan later transitioned into the role of Workers Compensation Coordinator and Medical Biller at the same company, where they worked until September 2012. In October 2012, Susan joined Innovative I.T., Inc. as an EHR Software trainer and support specialist and remained there until January 2015. Susan then moved on to TekTegrity, Inc. where they worked as a Managed Systems Technician from January 2015 to April 2018. Currently, Susan holds the position of Senior Remote Support Specialist & Team Lead at CIO Solutions, LP.
Susan Lee earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from San Joaquin Valley College-Fresno in 2009. In addition, they obtained several certifications, including Technical Specialist I from Datto, Inc. in 2019, Advanced EMR Trainer and Advanced PM Trainer from Henry Schein MicroMD in 2015, and CPC from AAPC in May 2014.
