Andrew Bjerken is a seasoned professional in privacy, AI governance, cybersecurity, and data governance. They served as an officer in the United States Air Force from 1999 to 2013, leading global operations in compliance and security. Currently, they are the Vice President and Head of Global Privacy at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, overseeing data privacy strategies and policies. Additionally, Andrew is an adjunct faculty member and holds advisory board positions at multiple organizations, showcasing their commitment to education and advisory roles in cybersecurity. They are pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration and a Master’s degree while also studying Privacy Law and Data Protection at Northwestern University.
