Manuel Serrano

Manuel Serrano is a professional with over 15 years of experience in regulatory compliance, information security, and privacy. They began their career as a junior lawyer at Siemens and have since worked as a consultant for various firms, including Anyhelp Int., Ecija Abogados, and Grupo Oesía, where they led projects on the implementation of the European GDPR regulation. Currently, Manuel serves as a GRC Senior Consultant at Cipher and S2 Grupo, overseeing compliance and security audits for large public and private enterprises. They have also contributed to education as a tutor and trainer in TIC law courses. Manuel holds a law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and various certifications related to information systems and compliance.
