Laura Shaw

Laura Shaw is currently the Head of Ops & Customer Success at Cipher, engaging employees with hands-on experiential learning focusing on security concepts. Laura is also Ops Leader at StartupExperts, a community of HR, Finance, and Ops leaders supporting each other. Laura is a Leader & Founding Member at Grapevine, pioneering Denver's Women in Tech for Gender Equality. Laura is also a Founding Member at the old girls club, a free community for women in tech. With previous experience at Connect, San Diego Zoo Global, and La Jolla Playhouse, Laura has demonstrated their expertise in strategic vision, operational leadership, and event management. Laura holds a degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from the University of Washington.
