Tianzi Wu

Tianzi (Tina) Wu is currently serving as Corporate Counsel at Cipher Mining since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Corporate Associate at Paul Hastings from 2021 to April 2024 and as an Associate at Clifford Chance from 2018 to 2021. Tianzi has also held a Public Interest Fellow position at The World Bank during an externship in 2017, and previously worked as a Summer Law Clerk at Clifford Chance and as a Summer Legal Intern at JunTianzi (Tina) LLP. Early career experience includes a role as a Researcher with the Foreign Policy Research Institute from 2013 to 2014. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor and LL.M in International and Comparative Law from Duke University School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts in Government & Economics from Franklin & Marshall College, and studies in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics at the University of Oxford.
