Stacy Connell

Stacy Connell has had a diverse work experience. Stacy started their career at Harte Hanks in 1996, where they worked as an Account Manager until 2000. Stacy then transitioned into the role of a Marketing Data Analyst, a position they held until 2014. In 2016, they joined T. Rowe Price as an Organizational Development Intern. In 2017, Stacy joined Cipher Tech Solutions, Inc. as a Technical Recruiter and continued in that role until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they served as a Senior Technical Recruiter at the same company. Currently, Stacy holds the position of C3PO - Company Culture, Compliance, and People Operations at Cipher Tech Solutions, Inc.

Stacy Connell pursued their education at the University of Maryland Baltimore County where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology between 1991 and 1996. Continuing their academic journey, they later attended the same university from 2014 to 2016 to earn a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
