Joseph Cheung

Joseph Cheung is a seasoned entrepreneur and co-founder with extensive experience in the technology and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the co-founder of CipherBC since January 2020, Joseph Cheung has contributed to the development of advanced Multi-Party Computation capabilities for secure virtual asset management. Additionally, as co-founder and director of Paylinx Australia, Joseph Cheung has played a pivotal role in establishing a leading mobile payment and digital wallet service, notable for becoming the first cooperative acquirer of WeChat Pay and Alipay. Joseph Cheung previously held the position of senior advisor at Xpress Pay Solutions Sdn Bhd, and served as managing director at ACI Media Pty Ltd from December 2012 to June 2021. Joseph Cheung holds a Master of Multimedia and a Master of Business from Monash University, as well as a Bachelor of Information Technology in Computer Application Software from Sun Yat-sen University.
