Toby Hede

Toby Hede is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and digital transformation. Currently serving as VP of Engineering and Principal Engineer at CipherStash, Toby focuses on eliminating data breaches through innovative encryption solutions. Previous roles include Head of Technology at Domain Insight, where Toby integrated technology and business strategy to commercialize data assets, and Head of Engineering at amaysim, overseeing technology for a large customer base. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions at Optus, Scentre Group, Reckon, and advisory work at Wonderland Consulting. Toby holds a Bachelor of Multimedia in Instructional Design from Griffith University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from The University of Queensland.
