Michelle Stickney

Michelle Stickney began their career in 2005 as a Jr. Accountant for the Town of Nahant. In 2007, they joined Matte & Co. as an International Business Intern Consultant. In 2011, they began working for CipherTechs and held various roles including Account Manager, Account Development Manager, Inside Sales Representative, Account Development, Senior Account Executive, and Regional Sales Director. In their most recent role, they were responsible for managing a sales team out of NYC, NJ, & CT, sales enablement, BDR/SDR onboarding and training, field sales escalation, and recruiting new sales talent every 9-12 months.

Michelle Stickney obtained their Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Sacred Heart University between 2003 and 2007. In 2006, they also attended Universidad de Granada, but no degree was earned.
