Erik Poels

Erik Poels is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, service design, and agile coaching across various industries. Currently serving as the Internal Change & Project Lead at Ciphix since December 2024, Erik previously held the role of Project Lead in Order2Cash at Mourik, where involvement included overseeing infrastructure and industrial services. Additionally, Erik has been the Chairman and Technical Advisor for VvE Heerderweg since May 2008, managing an Owners’ Association and providing technical guidance. Erik’s background also encompasses significant roles at Bizzomate, focusing on project leadership and service design, and contributions to various organizations including LTD3, KLAV, MediReva, YUFE Alliance, and De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek. Erik holds an Engineer degree in Automotive Management from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
