Gerard Malone

Gerard Malone has over two decades of experience in the HR and technical consulting fields, currently serving as DevOps Manager at Ciphr since October 1999, where Gerard has also held the roles of Technical Services Manager, Team Leader, and Senior Consultant. Gerard's expertise includes implementation consultancy for HR products, functional requirements gathering, and project management for client development. Prior to Ciphr, Gerard was the Human Resources Manager at Holiday Inn Brent Cross, focusing on HR business plan design and implementation. The career began with a graduate role as HR and Development Officer after earning a BComm with a major in HR from the University of Galway, complemented by a degree in International Hotel Management from Shannon College of Hotel Management. Gerard's early career included an apprenticeship at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts in Geneva, providing a solid foundation in hotel management.
