Akash Pathare is a Chemical Engineering graduate from Savitribai Phule Pune University, having achieved First Class With Distinction in 2022. Akash’s professional experience includes a tenure at Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd. as a Trainee from July 2022 to June 2023, where responsibilities encompassed basic engineering package preparation, including material and energy balance, batch size determination, and development of process flow diagrams (PFD) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs). Following this, Akash worked as a Technical Associate, focusing on pump hydraulics, line sizing, and evaluating safety data. Currently, Akash serves as an Assistant Manager at Cipla, starting in November 2024.
