Dharmesh Panchal, Ph.D, is a Senior Director and Regional API R&D Head at Cipla, with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. They have a proven track record in the process development of APIs and intermediates, as well as managing technology transfers across various locations. Previously, Dharmesh held managerial roles at Unichem Laboratories Limited, leading the Technology Transfer Team and focusing on process development activities. They began their career as a chemist at Colorcon and gained further experience as a research chemist at IPCA.
