With five years of research experience in nanoformulations and solubility enhancement techniques, Reema has effectively implemented project concepts for funding and managed departmental resources. Currently serving as a Deputy Manager in Formulation R&D at Cipla, Reema's past roles include Senior Executive at Amneal Pharmaceuticals and Assistant Professor at Shree Devi College of Pharmacy.
