Swarnima Kunwar

Swarnima Kunwar is currently a Senior Manager at Cipla, leading initiatives in Global Employee Experience, Well-being, and Diversity & Inclusion. Previously, Swarnima held various roles at Capgemini, including HR Talent Development and Senior Consultant for Employee Experience. They also contributed to nFactorial Analytical Sciences as part of a project focused on competencies for successful Mergers & Acquisitions. Swarnima's earlier experience includes serving as a Junior Research Fellow at the Institute of Technology Management under DRDO. They earned an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from G.B. Pant Engineering College.
